Are Images the Next Big Thing in Google Ad Words

Al Scillitani posted an interesting article on his blog today about Google possibly testing out an image ad alternative to the standard text only Ad Words.  Pretty interesting, it was only up and live briefly and I haven’t been able to replicate it myself but you can see a screen shot of what they saw and read the full article by clicking here.
